Who we are

This website is operated by Carbon Global OÜ, registry code 16303524, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("Fifth Labs", "we"). For anything relating to your personal data, contact jonathan@fifthlabs.vc.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising, and we set no cookies. We collect personal data in two cases only.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to manage our relationship with you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in corresponding with people who contact us. We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for up to three years afterwards.

When the site loads, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google LLC in the United States. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., also processes IP addresses in server logs as a technical necessity of serving the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing of it, and take a copy elsewhere. Write to the address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority; ours is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
